About Our Meetings

The fourth Friday of each month, members meet promptly at 7:30 am at the East Bank Club for a member's only meeting. Our members only meetings feature member profiles and discussions of issues important to the group.

Guests arrive at 8:30 a.m. for networking, followed by a buffet breakfast and an informative or motivational program. Meetings adjourn by 10:00 a.m.

Policies & Fees

NWE is a not-for-profit corporation for women entrepreneurs. Members are required to be in a business that does not compete with a current member's business, and are asked to attend monthly meetings on a regular basis. Business transactions with other members are encouraged, either directly or through leads or referrals.

When the organization was formed in 1980, the original policy stated that applicants must be in business for three years to qualify. That requirement has been relaxed so that all women committed to the success of their business are encouraged to apply.

A one-time initiation fee of $100 is payable with this application. Upon acceptance, member's dues are $100 per year, payable July 1st, and prorated if joining after January. Semi-annual meeting fees are $180. These fees pay for 12 breakfast programs.

The Professional Affiliate category of membership is available to professionals who do not own their own business but would like to represent their respective company. The $100 one-time initiation fee applies, and dues are $500 per year. Semi-annual meeting fees of $180 also apply. For further membership information, call      (312) 263-1707.

At NWE we ensure your privacy. We hold all personal information in strictest confidence. At no time will we sell or share our contact list or database information. We do not use or place "cookies" to gather information about our website visitors.
